As funding increasingly shifts beyond the industry itself, Aftercare becomes predictable, durable, and independent of annual appeals.
By 2030, lifelong care for Thoroughbreds is planned early, funded permanently, and available whenever needed, strengthening the sport, expanding its audience, and securing its future.
